Welcome! My name is Abby. I'm a freelance writer and the Admissions and Marketing Coordinator at Chesterfield Montessori School. I have a bachelor of arts in English and creative writing with a minor in women and gender studies from Canisius University. I've also completed the internationally-recognized AMI Certificate for Montessori Core Principles, where I studied Montessori theory and philosophy across human development stages.

I'm passionate about journalism, poetry, vinyl music, art and all things local and sustainable. Usually, I can be found biking to a local coffee shop for an iced vanilla latte!

Developers discuss $135 million Albion development

At the corner of Lindell Boulevard and Kingshighway sits a vacant lot, but Koplar Properties and Albion Residential have announced the development of a 30-story, 293-unit, luxury apartment tower to fill the vacancy. Their project, Albion West End, is to be located at 4974 Lindell, just south of the Chase Park Plaza hotel, and will be completely finished by 2025.

Trinity Episcopal recognized as LGBTQ+ historic site

Trinity Episcopal Church in the Central West End has been recognized by the National Register of Historic Places as a significant place in LGBTQ+ history. It's the first and only such site in Missouri and the first Episcopal parish to receive this honor.
